Dental Practices
Keep Your Operatories Working
Managed IT and cybersecurity with specialized experience supporting dental practices across North Mississippi.
When scheduling, imaging, or an operatory workstation stops working, the whole practice feels it. We manage the connected IT environment behind your practice and coordinate with your vendors to help keep the day moving.
Proactive IT Management for Dental Practices
Keeping your practice technology reliable requires ongoing attention, not just a response when something breaks. We provide proactive management across the systems your practice depends on.

We monitor and maintain your computers and servers to reduce problems and keep systems running reliably.
Security Updates and Patch Management
We apply security updates and patches to reduce vulnerabilities across your systems.
Network Management

Backup and Recovery
We manage backup systems to protect your practice data and support recovery if something goes wrong.
Endpoint Protection and Security
We deploy and manage endpoint protection across your workstations and servers.
Microsoft 365 Management
We manage your Microsoft 365 environment including email, security settings, and user accounts.
We Understand the Dental Technology Environment
Effective IT support for a dental practice requires understanding how technology supports both clinical and administrative operations. We are familiar with environments that include a range of interconnected systems.
We do not claim to repair every specialized dental device or hold certifications from specific manufacturers. We understand how these systems interact with the underlying IT environment and how to support that environment effectively.
Cybersecurity and HIPAA-Conscious Technology Management
We also manage firewall settings, web filtering, email security, and access controls to complement the protections described above.
We help dental practices implement and maintain technology safeguards that support their HIPAA compliance efforts.
One Call When Your Technology Vendors Start Pointing Fingers
When a problem crosses between your software, imaging, network, internet, or equipment vendors, we lead technical coordination and keep your staff informed. We stay involved through resolution; each vendor remains responsible for its own products and services.
We coordinate with:
New Office, Second Location, or Renovation
Setting up technology for a new dental office, a second location, or a renovation involves coordinating multiple vendors and systems at the same time. Getting the technology right from the beginning is easier than correcting it after the practice opens.
Red Computing Solutions can help coordinate the technology side of a new office, relocation, expansion, or renovation.
Real Problems. Coordinated Solutions.
The Mystery of the Missing Dental X-Rays
The practice regained reliable access to its X-ray images after RCS coordinated a fix with its software vendors. This issue was resolved in approximately three hours.
The Challenge
A North Mississippi dental practice experienced an intermittent problem: digital X-ray images would seemingly disappear from patient records. With multiple software systems and vendors involved, determining the cause was difficult.
How RCS Helped
Rather than leaving the practice to coordinate multiple support departments, Red Computing Solutions worked directly with the involved technology vendors to investigate the problem.
RCS found that different computers were looking for X-rays in different storage locations. That inconsistency made images appear to disappear at random.
The Resolution
Working with the vendors, RCS coordinated the necessary configuration corrections and resolved the missing-image issue, allowing the practice to return to a more reliable imaging workflow.
The Takeaway
When multiple technology vendors are involved, your dental practice should not have to figure out who is responsible. RCS helps bring the right people together, coordinates troubleshooting, and works toward a resolution so your team can focus on patient care.
